AI job applications, resumes & tracker Stop retyping your resume into every application.
Real, open US jobs straight from employers' own sites, applications filled in from your profile, a resume tailored to each posting, and every application tracked. You read it over and press Submit.
US-only AI · zero data retention
Works with Claude · Claude Code & Cowork, over MCPAn animation: a fresh job posting appears and is saved, an application form fills itself in for you to review, and the job moves from Saved to Applied in the tracker, while a sleepy bear rests on a donut below and now and then lifts its paw off the donut to wave, or lifts its head to sniff the air.
The job board
Every opening, first hand.
Every job comes straight from the employer's own careers site and is checked there again, most every day. Closed ones come down, and every listing links to the company's own apply page.
- No job-board reposts. Nothing comes from a board anyone can post to.
- Ghost jobs get flagged before you spend an evening on them.
- Search that speaks recruiter. "sr", metros, "remote".
- Ordered for you, by your resume and the roles you want.
A search for "staff security engineer remote" lists matching jobs with company, pay and tier, flags one as a likely ghost job, and drops a closed posting.
Every answer says where it came from.
Your details go in from your profile. Anything it isn't sure of is outlined for you to check.
An application form for a Senior GRC Engineer role at Bauer Systems being filled in by the extension. Fields fill one by one, each labelled with where its answer came from, one answer is outlined for review, and the cursor stops near the Submit button, which only the person presses.

Once the form leaves the page, the short answers you settled on go to your profile.
Prefer your own model? It can answer with your Claude Code or Codex.
The resume it attaches is tailored for the job.
Upload yours once. Each job gets a copy in your own Word file, where only the words change and every change says why.
A resume bullet shown before and after tailoring, with a note saying why it changed. The job match score rises from 62 to 88 percent as the missing key terms FedRAMP and 3PAO turn matched.
Every application on one board
Saved, applied, interviewing, offer. See where everything stands without digging through email.
A board with four columns. An interview on the calendar is logged to the Hartley Insurance card, which glides from Applied to Interviewing. Later the Lindgren Analytics card reaches Offer.
- One timeline per job Status moves, notes, interviews and to-dos, in order.
- Interviews log themselves Connect Google Calendar and a matching job moves to Interviewing.
- Offers side by side Base, bonus, signing and equity, laid out to compare.

What people ask us
The short version of how it works and what it will and won't do.
Does it apply for me?
No. The extension fills the form and stops there; you review it, fix anything you like, and send it yourself. Claude Code, used through DonutApply, stops at the same place. CAPTCHAs are yours too: when you open several applications at once, DonutApply lines them up and shows you each in turn.
Will the AI make things up?
No. A blank beats a wrong answer, so when nothing you wrote bears on a question, the field stays empty. It only uses your profile, your resumes and your notes. Answers your record merely implies, such as work authorization, are filled and outlined so you can check them.
Is my data private?
Your tracker, profile, resumes and notes are yours alone; other members cannot see them. The AI runs on US-based providers only, with zero data retention: what it reads is never kept or used to train models. The job postings are the shared part, the same for everyone. The privacy policy spells out what the extension reads and where it goes.
Who can use it, and how do I get in?
Anyone in the US. Create an account at app.donutapply.com/signup with your email; it is free, and no card is asked for.
Is it free?
Yes, with no card and no time limit. Free covers the search (the first 500 results of a search, 10,000 results and 100 full postings a day), the tracker, companies and contacts, a one-time AI read of your resume, and 10 applications filled by the extension. The plans above list what Pro adds.
What counts as a fill?
One application the extension fills is one fill, however many pages the form has. The free plan includes 10, once, for the life of your account, filled one application at a time; they do not reset. After that, or to fill several applications at once, the extension asks you to go Pro.
Do I need a card, and can I cancel?
No card to sign up or to use the free plan. If you go Pro, payment goes through Stripe and your card never touches DonutApply. Cancel anytime from Billing in the app, and you keep Pro to the end of the period you paid for.
Where do the jobs come from, and are they real?
From the employers themselves: each company's own careers site or the hiring system it runs on (Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS and others), never a job board anyone can post to. Every posting is checked against that site again and again, most of them every day. It comes down once the company takes it down, or once it cannot be found there for 10 days. Every listing links to the company's own apply page and shows when it was first seen, and one reposted again and again under the same title is flagged as a likely ghost job. US jobs only for now.
Can it tailor my resume to each job?
Yes. It writes a copy of your resume for one posting from your profile and your own words, and when your resume is a Word file it rewrites only the bullets and summary inside that file, so your layout, fonts and dates stay as they were. It shows each change and why before you keep it, and it scores the copy against the posting's key terms.
Which application systems does the extension fill?
Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, iCIMS and most others. For every form, the side panel shows what it filled, where each answer came from and how sure it is, and anything under its confidence bar is left blank for you.
Can I use my own Claude?
Yes. Add DonutApply to Claude Code as an MCP server and it can search postings, tailor resumes and open applications on your own Claude subscription. The extension can also answer its harder questions with your own Claude Code or Codex, switched on in its options.
