Fill Lever applications from your profile

Lever's form is short at the top and grows with every company's own questions underneath. DonutApply fills all of it from your profile and saved answers. You check it and press Submit.

How it fills a Lever application

What a Lever form asks, and what the fill does with each part.

  • Contact details and links

Name, email, phone, current company and your LinkedIn, GitHub and portfolio links go in from your profile.

  • Location

Lever's location box has to be picked from its search, not typed. The fill searches for your city and picks the match.

  • Your resume

Attached in the resume slot: the one you tailored for that job if you made one, otherwise your default.

  • The company's questions

Each company adds its own: eligibility, screening, schools from lists thousands long. They are answered from your saved answers and your record, and anything it inferred is outlined to check.

  • Pay questions

It never makes up a salary. A pay question gets your saved answer, or is left for you.

From your resume to a filled form

Set it up once. After that, every application starts mostly done.

  1. Set up your profile

Upload your resume and DonutApply reads it into your profile: contact details, every job and school, your links. Add answers to the questions applications keep asking, like work authorization, sponsorship and start date.

  2. Add the extension

Install it from the Chrome Web Store and sign in with your DonutApply account. It opens as a side panel beside the application.

  3. Open an application and press Fill

The form fills and your resume is attached. Every answer in the panel says where it came from and how sure it is, and anything worth a second look is outlined on the page.

  4. Check it and press Submit

You submit. Once the form has gone through, the job is marked applied in your tracker, and the answers you settled on are kept for the next form that asks.

What it never does

  • Press Submit. It fills and stops. Sending the application is you.
  • Make things up. Answers come from your profile and what you have written. It never claims a license, clearance, degree or employer your record lacks, and never invents a salary.
  • Solve a CAPTCHA. When a site asks for one, it waits for you.
  • Keep your passwords. On a site that wants an account it types your email; you sign in, and your browser's password manager keeps the password.

On the free plan: unlimited autofill, one application at a time. A multi-page application counts as one.

On Pro, $19 a month: open your saved jobs at once and fill them side by side, with any CAPTCHAs lined up for you to answer back to back.
